SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Test Manager to lead and enhance our client's testing processes. If you have a solid testing background and some leadership experience, this is a great opportunity to step into a key quality assurance role.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and coordinating testing activities across projects
Designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and strategies
Overseeing defect management and ensuring timely resolutions
Mentoring and supporting a team of Testers
Collaborating with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure quality deliverables

What We're Looking For:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Experience managing or mentoring QA team members
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
A passion for quality and continuous improvement
