POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in payment solutions, seeks a passionate Test Analyst to join their agile Century City team. You’ll:
Design and execute manual and automated test scripts to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze system requirements and prioritize test conditions for robust test cases.
Collaborate with developers in a sprint-driven environment to refine testing and development practices.
Manage test environments, verify fixes, and conduct defect trend analysis for seamless QA-to-operations handovers.
Contribute to evolving testing strategies aligned with sprint goals and industry standards.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in a test/QA role, ideally in payment systems or financial services
Proficient in designing and executing manual and automated test scripts
Skilled in analyzing requirements to develop effective test cases
Experience with load testing and industry protocol compliance
Strong defect tracking, fix verification, and impact analysis skills
Ability to manage test environments and maintain technical documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
Knowledge of payment industry security standards is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills

Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent prior learning
Certified Test Analyst or equivalent certification preferred
