The successful candidate will coordinate and prepare tender documents, assist project managers with key deliverables, and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders. From contract reviews to project tracking and risk assessment, this role calls for a proactive problem-solver with sharp organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting high-quality tender responses
• Coordinating internal teams to meet tender and project deadlines
• Supporting project managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting

What you’ll need:
