POSITION INFO:
A leading Cape Town-based Electrical Contractor is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join their dynamic team. They specialise in large-scale electrical construction projects across the Western Cape and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all tender submissions from start to finish.
• Liaise with the Estimating team, Finance Department, and CEO to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Compile tender documentation in accordance with client requirements and ensure timely submission.
• Manage pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and compliance certificates.
• Track tender opportunities, maintain a tender schedule, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle administrative support for the Estimating and Finance teams as required.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Tender Administrator or Bids Coordinator role, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, compliance, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• nowledge of CIDB, COID, CSD, and other compliance platforms is advantageous.
