Temp Service Advisor - Pretoria- Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
A well established Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a experienced Temporary Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers license
Dealership Service Advisor experience (not negotiable)
Handle high volume bookings

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI
