SUMMARY:
Debtors Controller

POSITION INFO:

Skills Requirements:

3 year Diploma or Degree in Finance
3 to 4 years finance working expereince
Accpac system expereince or any finance related system
Manufacturing environment expereince would be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily payment allocations
Preparing Statements for monthly payments according remittances
Sending out reminders for payments
Sending out Final Demands
Handing over to CGIC
Confirmation of COD and Invoices
Reconsiliations for Clients
CGIC - Credit applications
Opening up new accounts on Accpac when approved
Following up on 90 days accounts
Assisting with supply list
Handling customer queries
Assisting with invoicing and financial statements
Assiting with Month End Closing
Filing
