Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking experienced, reliable, and flexible individuals who can step in and support clients with admin, reception, and office tasks on short notice.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Currently unemployed and available immediately.
• Open to short-term assignments.
• Willing to assist with admin, reception, and office tasks on short notice.
• Matric certificate (essential)
• Proven work experience in an office/admin environment
• Switchboard experience is advantageous.
• Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Exposure to software such as SAP, Pastel, Canva, or similar (advantageous)
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
