POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric or relevant NQF qualification
• +- 2 years experience in telesales / call centre / lead generation preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle objections effectively
• Basic computer literacy (CRM experience advantageous)
• Valid drivers license and own transport

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Identify decision-makers and sales opportunities
• Introduce company products and services
• Perform structured follow-ups on leads and conversations
• Re-engage lost, inactive, or dormant clients
• Qualify opportunities before scheduling appointments
• Secure appointments for Sales Executives
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and call notes
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets
