SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Telesales Consultant is available in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

5 years telesales / internal sales experience (able to provide a track record of success)
Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Speak and write English formally and professionally
Ability to communicate and work closely with Staff and Management
Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency
Valid driver’s license with own vehicle (Essential)

KPAs:

Source new leads daily
Build new client database
Maintain client base as well as provide recruitment services to sustain client database
Contact existing clients and work according to a daily target
Set up appointments with clients for Business Development Executives and Managers
Ensure sufficient specification to reach set targets and clients have a need for the full recruitment solutions
