Our client a leader in manufacturing high quality toilet tissue from pulp to completion requires the services of a Telesales Clerk in the Kempton Park area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role and Responsibilities

Assist Sales Manager/Sales Administrator with pulling sales reports daily, weekly & monthly
Assist with processing of orders
Handling any queries via telephone, email
Receive incoming calls from clients who need to place orders, follow-up on orders, quotations, delivery queries etc
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
Direct new Business and Leads to the Sales Representative and Sales Manager
Keep an updated customer database
Track and document all processed orders

Sales Administrator Requirements

Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
Patient and friendly personality
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Good negotiation skills Customer Service Skills
Address any pricing queries
Handle irate Clients and resolve conflict.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

A minimum of 1 – 2 years in a Tele sales position
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in Tele sales an advantage
Excel, Data Capturing, Syspro, Outlook
Telephone Etiquette
Customer Service Skills
Administration Skills
