Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager/Sales Administrator with pulling sales reports daily, weekly & monthly
• Assist with processing of orders
• Handling any queries via telephone, email
• Receive incoming calls from clients who need to place orders, follow-up on orders, quotations, delivery queries etc
• Address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
• Direct new Business and Leads to the Sales Representative and Sales Manager
• Keep an updated customer database
• Track and document all processed orders

• Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
• Patient and friendly personality

• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Address any pricing queries
