JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking to appoint 3 Telesale Agents as the business is thriving!

This is a PERMANENT position with an opportunity to grow within the company, currently, the position is hybrid so you will be required to go into the office from time to time, Monday to Friday NO weekends. Basic + commission after reaching 60% of your monthly target.

Core responsibility is to network and create your own call sheet, develop and build client relationships that will lead to referrals, explain products, and pricing, answer customer questions, capture new leads/customers onto CRM, and deliver excellent customer service.

*Completed Grade 12 (Matric)

*Related Certificate/Diploma Financial service products (Advantage RE1 or RE5)

*min 2 years experience selling Financial or Legal products

*Excellent customer service and building various stakeholder relationships

*Confident communicator in English

*South African citizen

*Based in Johannesburg or KwaZulu Natal

*Must be driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding targets
