SUMMARY:
Telesales Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Accountabilities:

Revenue

Achieve sales targets by medium
Maintain healthy sales pipeline that is reflected in CRM.
Maintain required call rate
Call on existing clients as well as develop new business
Source own leads
Sell based on campaigns as required
Resolve customer queries
Assist with collections as required
Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Report to the Telesales Senior Supervisor regarding invoiced sales, pipeline, campaigns
Record all customer interaction on CRM

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Complete or partial tertiary qualification is essential, preferably in the areas of law, HR or financial services
Proven telephonic selling experience is a non negotiable
Minimum of 7 years of working experience.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS office suite of applications
