Telesales Agent

Key Accountabilities:

Revenue

• Achieve sales targets by medium
• Maintain healthy sales pipeline that is reflected in CRM.
• Maintain required call rate
• Call on existing clients as well as develop new business
• Source own leads
• Sell based on campaigns as required
• Resolve customer queries
• Assist with collections as required
• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Report to the Telesales Senior Supervisor regarding invoiced sales, pipeline, campaigns
• Record all customer interaction on CRM

 Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Complete or partial tertiary qualification is essential, preferably in the areas of law, HR or financial services
• Proven telephonic selling experience is a non negotiable
• Minimum of 7 years of working experience.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS office suite of applications
