JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading Life Insurance Organisation urgently seeking to onboard 8 Telesales Consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
Selling the features and benefits of the products that are available
Conducting a needs analysis with each client
Closing deals in line with company policies and procedures
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets

Minimum Requirements:

Insurance experience is an advantage but not a necessity
Minimum of 12 months Telesales experience as well as stability working as a Telesales Consultant for a long period of time with the same company
Outbound sales experience
Target driven and eager to be the best

Qualifications:

Matric
