• Initiate outbound and receive inbound calls with potential and existing high-value customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact, embodying a professional and polished image.
• Identify customer needs and articulate how bespoke solutions can meet their requirements.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and engagement targets.
• Maintain precise and detailed records of all calls and sales activities on a CRM system.
• Proactively follow up on leads to nurture client relationships and close sales.
• Deliver a consistently professional and exceptional level of customer service.

• Matric
• Previous telesales experience is advantageous
• Good communication skills with a clear, articulate, and professional speaking voice.
