About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and potential clients
• Promote and sell stationery and office supply products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Accurately capture client information and sales orders on the system
• Follow up on leads and quotations
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Minimum Requirements

• Proven telesales or sales experience (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Computer literate (MS Office )
• Experience on SAGE (Advantageous)
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Immediate availability
