Calling all Tele sales Agents

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client a leading and well-known retail company based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town are looking for experienced Telesmarketing/Telesales Agents with experience in the sales and customer service industry. This is a 6 month contract position. It can be extended to a permanent position depending on your performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to put your Telemarketing / Telesales experience to use, whilst building a customer base and retaining and developing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To make calls and increase sales on core products by effectively selling products to clients within your portfolio with a view to buidling strong and rewarding relationships.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 1 year sales or telemarketing/telesales experience OR Minimum of 5 years retail experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Engergetic and a "go-getter"

Basic salary of R5 300 - R5 800 per month
