POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced VW / Audi Motor Vehicle Technician to join the ranks of a successful Dealership based in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic and Repair:
   
   • Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
   • Carry out repairs and maintenance on Audi and VW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
   • Address electrical, mechanical, and technical issues efficiently.
2. Routine Maintenance:
   
   • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
   • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
3. Technical Expertise:
   
   • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
   • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to Audi and VW vehicles.
4. Customer Service:
   
   • Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs.
   • Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.
5. Documentation:
   
   • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and diagnostic tests performed.
   • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.

• Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
• Proven experience as an Audi/VW Motor Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Clear criminal record
• Valid drivers license
