KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of APSO and Compliance

Knowledge of Talent Genie and recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, PNet, CareerJunction Offerzen

Understanding of IT recruitment and the IT sector specifically of the software industry

Understanding of the recruitment cycle

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Matric

A tertiary qualification in HR/Organisational Psychology is preferable

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment
