SUMMARY:
Responsible for growing sales, managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities while providing strong technical and commercial support.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify and onboard new customers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Conduct customer visits and generate new business opportunities.
Provide technical support on products and solutions.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor market trends.
Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
Represent the business at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Minimum Requirements

Matric.
Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Trade or related field.
3 to 5 years experience in a customer-facing/sales environment.
Proven technical sales/business development experience in hydraulics, fluid power, filtration, industrial equipment or engineering products.
Valid Drivers Licence.
Fluent English and good Microsoft Office skills.
Mining, Oil & Gas or Industrial sector experience advantageous.
Knowledge of hydraulic/fluid power products or similar brands highly advantageous.
