Technical Distributions Manager

SUMMARY:
Seeking a Technical Distributions Manager to join a hospitality management company based in South Africa that operates a collection of luxury accommodations and experiences across prominent tourist destinations such as Cape Town, the Garden Route, and Langebaan. The company blends hotel-style service with self-catering convenience, offering everything from boutique hotels to seaside apartments and vacation villas.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage connectivity between PMS, channel managers, and distribution platforms
• Ensure accurate rate, package, and availability updates
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with tech partners
• Monitor and optimize channel performance and visibility
• Collaborate with revenue and reservations teams on distribution strategy

• Experience with hospitality distribution systems (PMS, CRS, GDS, OTAs)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
