SUMMARY:
Our Client a National Electrical Supply Company requires your expertise to provide technical guidance and build new relationships with the decision makers and providing commentary on project electrical specification.
We require your sales skills that will develop repeat business with Electricians, Architects and Building Contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant technical or electrical qualification
Must have a strong technical ability - preferably electrical
Can communicate with electricians as well as with Architects and Consultants
Ability to negotiate on project developments and close sales
Skilled at developing long term relationships for repeat business
Must be energetic and be self-motivated
An independent worker

DUTIES

Monitor and report on construction productivity and business activities
Build and apply product and customer knowledge to identify new product opportunities and specifications
Develop and execute long-term relationships and forecast business requirements
Manage relationships with strategic partners
Negotiate on new project requirements securing and closing business sales
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Salary: R25k plus commission dependent on experience
