Technical Agronomist
Location: Wellington, Western Cape

An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Agronomist to join a dynamic and innovative agricultural team based in Wellington. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about plant health and agricultural science and eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical environment.
Minimum Requirements
- MSc (or higher) in Plant Pathology, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
Experienc
- The position is open to graduates with no prior work experience.
- Any relevant practical or industry experience will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance related to plant health and crop production.
- Assist with diagnosing plant health issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret agricultural data to support research and technical recommendations.
- Compile reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
