SUMMARY:
We require a technical Administrator to ensure the R&D team operate functionally and effectively. You will provide admin support to the team by coordinating samples and documentation.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
A qualification in Food Technology/Science, Chemistry or Product Development is beneficial
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Structured, accurate and detailed
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Previous lab support, R&D or product development experience beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

Load, update, and maintain complete, current R&D documentation aligned with approved product requirements.
Coordinate sample requests, monitor progress, track controls, and maintain traceable records through dispatch.
Prepare, update, issue, and file formulation templates, product sheets, sample records, and other R&D documents.
Coordinate between R&D and sales, share approved technical information, follow up on items, and deliver accurate documentation on time.
Maintain accurate records, store files correctly, and support version control to reduce errors and improve access.
Log requests, liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, samples, and documentation, track progress, escalate delays, and issue received items to R&D.
