POSITION INFO:

A little about the role. 

 

Ultimately the role will be remote. The client is JSE and NYSE listed! THis role is doing support for clients based in Texas, USA, so yes! Its shift work.

What is needed ?

 

  • 1st /2nd line support 
  • Previous Customer support experience
  • Previous application support
  • MS SQL and SQL knowledge is not negotiable
  • Excellent command of the English language.
