SUMMARY:
Strong Office/Team Manager required to handle day to day operational management of a growing team of 25 staff in Umhlanga and Sandton. This is a full time office based position. This individual will.be expected to work 8-5/6pm, 5 days a week and be on call to handle any after hour UK calls and requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Managing office rotations & staff attendance

HR / Covid-19 compliance

Health & Safety, Fire Officer

Ensuring all staff are trained and regularly updated and reminded with all policies and protocols

IT equipment orders & Support

Ensuring short/long term insurance is activated & managed for all staff and equipment

Purchasing and manage office sundries/stationery and adhoc items

Booking of interviews, liaising with yourself and or hiring managers, completing notes, updating Trello boards

Managing Staff HR packs, onboarding new staff, management of inductions/academy weeks

Regular meeting huddles with Hiring Managers, various divisional team huddles and integrating into the various companies we have headcount in
