POSITION INFO:

Are you an experienced Fund Accountant, looking to take the next step in your career? A reputable and growing Financial Services business, is seeking a Fund Accounting Team Leader within their Fund Accounting Division to join their team. The person who would fit this role would be a self-motivated and hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail with excellent organisational and project management skills. 

• Oversee and manage the delivery of services of the team 
• The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in the on-going development and training of their direct reports.
• Reconcile the Funds'' expenses on a monthly basis;
• Calculate/update expense accruals and posting necessary entries to clear cash breaks;
• Processing Fund of Funds Equalisation and Excess Reporting Income entries;
• Respond to queries raised from Trustee
• Produce Management Accounts
• Help support the offshore fund accounting team with any services or assistance they may need. 

Requirements:

• A relevant Tertiary Qualification
• A minimum of 4 years work experience in this sector
• Experience in Fund NAV calculation and Fund reconciliations gained from within the financial services sector.
• Previous experience in a similar team leadership role would be advantageous
