JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Solving complex pavement engineering challenges
  •  Excellent Leader
  • Allocating and managing resources
  • Wring and utilizing restful API services.
  • Microsoft graphical drawing APIs
  • Programming drawing
  • Graphical rendering through WPF bindings
  • Mobile cross platform framework
  • Knowledge of source control system
  • Online/Offline applications
  • Strong integration and full-Stack development

ASP . NET MVC 5 development 

Key Results Area

  • Multi-threading and asynchronous processing.
  • Performance tuning large-scale application including we application, Desktop application and Mobile application
  • Oracle RDBMS Structures and in C#. NET.

Formal Education

  • Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) or equivalent

 

Professional/Technical Certification

  • C+5.0 Programming

 

 

Experience & Skills

 

Extensive proven project architecture and development experience within the following fields or technology:

a) Windows presentation framework using MVVM;

b) Web frameworks (minimum of MVC and Web API);

c) Writing and utilizing RESTful API services. JSON and ProtoBuf;

d) Javascript frameworks and libraries (e.g. Angular, Backbone, ReactJS, Knockout, etc.);

e) Microsoft graphical drawing APIs. Must include programming drawing as well as graphical rendering through WPF bindings and include experience in graphical rendering optimizations;

f) Video streaming and video processing, compression algorithms, buffering and caching techniques;

g) Multi-threading and asynchronous processing;

h) Mobile application development and mobile application design;

i) Performance tuning large scale applications including Web applications, Desktop applications and Mobile applications;

j) At least one mobile cross platform framework is a must

) Real-time processing of data streams and location based data;

l) Synchronization frameworks. Knowledge in MSF is required;

m) NoSQL database - Development of Mongo DB solutions to store large data sets;

n) Online/offline applications;

o) Agile development methodologies and techniques;

p) Deep knowledge of source control systems, trunk based development, versioning, and release processes;

q) Strong integration and full-stack development skills. Integration of ecosystems, more specifically Relational databases, ORM, NoSQL databases (Mongo DB), cloud technologies, spatial systems, legacy systems and languages, portal technologies, Mobile applications, Web Applications, Thick client (Desktop) applications, Web Services, and APIs;

r) Net and C# a must plus at least one other language like Java, C++ or Objective C;

s) Structures and algorithms. Big"O" notation optimizations;

t) Oracle RDBMS structures and use in C# .NET.

u) ASP .NET MVC 5 development experience

v) Orleans or similar distributed programming solutions
