POSITION INFO:
Our client is a progressive accounting firm based in Umhlanga and is seeking qualified professionals to join their team. Our client delivers a wide array of financial services, providing innovative and insightful financial solutions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing and submitting corporate, individual, and trust tax returns, handling SARS-related queries, and managing SARS reviews and documentation requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit corporate, individual, and trust tax returns in compliance with SARS regulations.
Address and resolve SARS-related queries promptly and professionally.
Manage SARS reviews by compiling and submitting necessary supporting documentation.
Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate compliance.
Provide clients with advisory support on tax matters, including compliance obligations and strategies to optimize tax liabilities.

Attributes:

Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with SARS and clients.
Proactive and able to manage time efficiently.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Tax or Accounting.
2-3 Years experience in tax compliance for corporate, individual, and trust clients.
Experience with Xero
Drivers License and Own Vehicle
Familiarity with SARS systems and processes.

Remuneration:

R13 000 - R18 000 Subject to qualification and experience
