The Role: Talent Sourcer
This role exists to fuel the delivery of exceptional talent pipelines for high-demand tech and commercial roles across the GCC. You''ll be sourcing globally for candidates such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data professionals, and more. Based remotely in South Africa, you''ll collaborate closely with Consultants based in Dubai, leading sourcing strategies and candidate outreach in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years'' experience sourcing or recruiting for technology roles (Software, Data, Product, Digital)
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across global markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms
- Screen candidates for technical skills, role fit, and motivation
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring technical roles
- Map markets and competitors to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with Consultants on search strategies, outreach campaigns, and shortlist reviews
- Keep accurate data in ATS and sourcing trackers
About You
- 4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for tech roles in an agency, RPO, or in-house environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategy, Boolean search, and candidate engagement best practices
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with the GCC/Middle East market, or strong willingness to learn
- Previous experience sourcing across global regions is a strong advantage
