What You'll Be Doing:

Use active sourcing platforms to find and engage hidden professional talent daily.
Post engaging job adverts across major platforms to attract active candidates quickly.
Conduct deep candidate interviews to accurately assess technical and cultural fit.
Update the internal CRM system daily with highly accurate fresh candidate data.
Maintain a warm pipeline of ready-to-work professionals for urgent client briefs.

Experience & Qualifications:

You must clearly show proven daily experience in active professional talent sourcing.
You strictly need a deep working understanding of modern recruitment CRM software.
You must possess a strong ability to conduct deep technical candidate interviews.
You need proven daily ability to meet tight deadlines for urgent active searches.
You must clearly understand active local recruitment fee structures and market trends.
