Talent Intern

The Intern will work closely with the Africa Talent Team and Consulting staff to ensure the smooth running and coordination of Talent activities. The intern will report into the Recruiting Specialists.

Key responsibilities and activities:

You will be involved in the end-to-end 
process of local and global recruiting of candidates from all universities as well as talent development: 
 Assisting in strategy planning and talent projects
 Digital marketing for events and opportunities
 Timely execution of interview scheduling
 Handling applications and being the main point of contact for 
candidates
 Developing relationships with university career services and other key stakeholders 
 Running attraction events and assessment centres
 Managing the offeree process
 Data analysis and reporting
 You will also play an integral role assisting in coordination of early talent programs such as the internship, onboarding new hires and talent development of existing employees
 Ad hoc requests; diary management; general admin and support on strategic projects

Qualification requirements:
Postgraduate / Masters
