Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join their team!!

Our client situated in Cape Town is seeking the expertise of an experienced Talent specialist to join the team. Our people are the most important resource. We’re looking for a highly skilled specialist to join our team and help us find the best people and develop the talent management framework, tools and systems that will drive the integrated organizational performance in alignment with company strategic
objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment & succession
• Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media and headhunting
• Manage the implementation of career pathing and talent development initiatives in consultation and collaboration with various teams and line managers.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through candidate applications
• Assessing candidate knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available positions.
• Monitor responses/applications received and ensure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against inherent requirements of vacancy
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Knowledge of HR best practices related to Recruitment and Selection.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated,
• Passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a highly competitive market

• Matric
• Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources would be advantageous
• Must have 2 years of recruitment experience
