We are looking to add an amazing and fun Junior IT Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Support to the Talent Acquisition & HR team.

The successful candidate needs to be hungry to help build the Talent Acquisition department, starting with all the basic internal recruitment stuff in support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and then helping with all the new and exciting things to come. All ideas will be welcomed 😊 as we value inclusivity.

We would prefer someone with at least 1 years’ IT recruitment experience, failing that, we will look at someone that would like to work within the IT/cybersecurity recruitment space, i.e understand a bit about IT/cybersecurity.

Qualifications / Experience

 1 – 2 years IT recruitment experience
 Develop and maintain a network of candidates
 Experience with pre-screening of candidates
 Boolean sourcing experience would be very Beneficial
 Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases beneficial

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on all roles
- Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and refers them to the Talent Acquisition Manager for consideration
- Handling of all recruitment administration
- Monitor and applying recruiting best practices
- Assist with developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Assist with preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/social media sites
- Assisting with Reference checking of candidates
