SUMMARY:
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Boksburg / Jet Park

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities include recruiting for all entities of the Group, from administrator level to Senior Management positions and everything in between; across all departments (Sales, Finance, Technology, Operations, etc).

You will be a key player in building a strong employer brand through various digital and social media channels and recruiting events.

The successful candidate will have previous headhunting experience and exposure to high volume recruitment ideally at both agency and corporate environments.

HR Qualification Required

ï‚· Minimum 3 years’ recruiting and talent acquisition experience, preferably in both agency and corporate environment
ï‚· Relevant work experience in a fast-paced, output-focused environment
ï‚· Strong operational and transactional work approach
ï‚· Strong analytic skills
ï‚· Ability to work to targets
ï‚· Excellent communication skills
ï‚· Experience identifying and securing sources of potential job candidates.
ï‚· Experience recruiting qualified candidates from a variety of sources.
ï‚· Experience marketing and selling a company''s attributes to external candidates
