SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for a Talent Acquisition Officer to research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or Industrial Organisational Psychology or related qualification.
Five plus (5+) years’ experience in General Human Resources, with a particular focus on recruitment.
Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise.
Experience in screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
Ability to work with HR recruiting software is advantageous.
