SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for a Talent Acquisition Officer to research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or Industrial Organisational Psychology or related qualification.
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience in General Human Resources, with a particular focus on recruitment.
  • Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise.
  • Experience in screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
  • Ability to work with HR recruiting software is advantageous.
