Location: Remote (South Africa) | Working Arrangement: Fully Remote | Working Hours: UK Working Hours (Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend candidate calls where required) | Salary: R28,000 – R45,000 per month

Our client is a premium private dental group based in London, UK, operating six dental practices across London and Milton Keynes together with an in-house dental laboratory. They are recognised for delivering exceptional patient care and a premium service experience, with their people playing a central role in their continued success.

The business is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support its growing workforce by managing the full recruitment and onboarding process across both clinical and non-clinical functions.

THE ROLE: TALENT ACQUISITION & PEOPLE OPERATIONS PARTNER
This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding function across the group. You will recruit for clinical positions, including dentists, hygienists and dental nurses, as well as non-clinical roles such as treatment co-ordinators, front of house staff, practice managers and head office employees.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven recruitment role requiring strong judgement, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You will also support onboarding administration, recruitment reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Screen candidates against role requirements and cultural fit criteria.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines through the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Work closely with managers and senior leaders to understand recruitment requirements and strategy.
• Provide candidate shortlists and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Liaise regularly with Practice Managers, Clinical Leads and Senior Leadership Team members.
• Understand workforce planning requirements across the group.
• Participate in monthly recruitment meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
• Produce recruitment reports and KPI updates.
• Present recruitment activity and pipeline data to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Issue offer letters and prepare employment contracts.
• Obtain references and complete pre-employment administration.
• Carry out initial compliance checks.
• Manage candidate onboarding administration.
• Handover successfully recruited candidates to the onboarding team.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and the candidate journey.
• Make recommendations and build plans to enhance recruitment capability across the group, including through AI and automation.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 3 years'' recruitment experience.
• Healthcare recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using HiBob or an equivalent HRIS platform.
• Experience using AI-enabled sourcing, screening and recruitment tools such as Pin, Juicebox, Bridgelabs HR or similar.
• Ability to quickly learn and manage recruitment systems, HRIS platforms and sourcing technologies.
• Highly organised and process-driven.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work UK business hours with flexibility around candidate availability.
• Private healthcare experience.
• Dental or medical recruitment experience.
• Recruitment experience within premium service brands.
• Experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams.
• Experience creating recruitment KPI reports and presentations.
• Current or recent experience on a UK healthcare desk (for example offshore delivery teams supporting UK nursing, locum or dental staffing agencies), or previous UK recruitment experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

WORKING HOURS

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Fully remote, based in South Africa.
• Monday to Friday, working UK business hours.
• Flexibility required for evening and weekend candidate calls where necessary.
• Standard 40-hour working week.
• Time off in lieu provided for approved weekend work.
• UK bank holidays observed.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
