POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and experience requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping (Beneficial)
• OR knowledge of bookkeeping/ accounting or have worked with accounting software such as Xero accounting, Pastel, QuickBooks or similar
• 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Key Accounts, Training, Data Migration or similar role within the financial or financial accounting software industry, preferably in Software Solutions (SaaS) environments.
• Experience in migration, Training or consulting will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excel proficiency intermediate
• Customer service / support experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tailored customer training plans & provide training & explain the financial aspect of the software & how it works (Bookkeeping/ accounting knowledge is highly beneficial)
• Track customer training progress, ensuring support for all participants.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure successful training completion.
• Communicate successes and challenges to stakeholders and identify improvements.
• Deliver system training to all other customers for effective usage.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing queries and guiding users.
• Collaborate with the data migration team to define requirements.
• Ensure client data is correctly formatted for smooth migration and assist in preparing and uploading financial data for clients.
