SUMMARY:
We require an experienced tiler to ensure high quality tiling work that enhances the appearance, durability and value of projects. You will be responsible for delivering precise and professional finishes, working efficiently to meet project timelines and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in craftmanship and client satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

Key result areas:

• Measure, cut and lay tiles according to design plans
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, levelling and sealing)
• Mix & apply adhesives, grout and sealants
• Ensure high-quality finishes and precise alignment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines

• Expert knowledge of tiling methods, cutting tools and surfaces preparation
• Commitment to producing precise, neat and durable work
• Ability to complete projects within deadlines without compromising quality
• Able to troubleshoot and adapt when faced with irregular layouts or damaged materials
• Clear interaction with clients, team members and supervisors
• Strict adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tiler (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of different tiling techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Driver’s licence advantageous
