SUMMARY:
We are urgently seeking Test Performance Analysts, Test Performance Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers to join our team

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Candidates must have solid performance and automation testing experience with expertise in:

Load Testing
Stress Testing
Endurance Testing
Spike Testing
Failover & Disaster Recovery Testing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
ISTQB or other relevant certifications
3–5 years of proven experience in performance and automation testing
Hands-on expertise with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
Experience using monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, AppDynamics)
Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and concepts
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation
Solid understanding of client-server architecture, databases, and web technologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
