SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Quotation Administrator to support the sales team by preparing and managing quotations, coordinating supplier pricing, handling customer documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves reporting, pricing analysis, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Previous experience in quotations, sales support, or administration
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and email management abilities
Fully computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Pastel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong record-keeping and administrative skills
Basic reporting and pricing analysis experience advantageous
