SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a debtor’s admin clerk to join their finance team, the position requires a candidate who is able to work on a contract basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12/ equivalent
Mathematical and analytically minded

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 or more years’ working experience as a debtor’s clerk
Very strong MS Excel and Word skills
A stable work record and contactable references
Reside close to Roodepoort
Reliable transport
Ability to handle high volume workload.
Excellent time management
Attention to detail
Above average administrative skills
Good communication skills both internally and externally
Problem solving ability
Must be mathematical and analytically minded
Strong Personality
Self-Accuracy
Initiative

Duties and responsibilities:

•             General filing
•             Sending invoices and statements to customers
•             Contacting customers for collections
•             Month end recons
•             Daily receipt capturing
•             Review customer credit application forms
•             Review customer limits
•             Tasks related to debtors
