TEMP DEBTORS ADMIN CLERK: EDENVALE (3919)

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/ equivalent
• Mathematical and analytically minded

 Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 or more years’ working experience as a debtor’s clerk
• Very strong MS Excel and Word skills
• A stable work record and contactable references
• Reside close to Roodepoort
• Reliable transport
• Ability to handle high volume workload.
• Excellent time management
• Attention to detail
• Above average administrative skills
• Good communication skills both internally and externally
• Problem solving ability
• Must be mathematical and analytically minded
• Strong Personality
• Self-Accuracy
• Initiative

Duties and responsibilities:

•             General filing
•             Sending invoices and statements to customers
•             Contacting customers for collections
•             Month end recons
•             Daily receipt capturing
•             Review customer credit application forms
•             Review customer limits
•             Tasks related to debtors
