Join a dynamic organization within the automotive and wholesale sectors, where your expertise in systems training will be pivotal in driving operational excellence. Our client, a reputable company committed to growth and innovation, is seeking a dedicated Systems Trainer to empower call centre agents and sales staff with the essential skills to navigate internal systems, CRM platforms, and telephony tools.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency across various operational software
Design, develop, and continuously update engaging training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules
Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and refresher courses
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to identify and address system-related knowledge gaps
Support onboarding processes with targeted systems training for new employees
Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on completion rates and competency levels

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems training or related roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences
Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials
Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools, and operational software

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of the automotive or wholesale industry
Familiarity with e-learning development tools
