POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, and disaster recovery, ensuring system reliability and security.
Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including backups, performance tuning, and integration with reporting tools like Power BI.
Provide day-to-day administration and support for Syspro ERP, including user roles, access controls, and vendor liaison for upgrades and issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), managing licensing, security policies, and end-user support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, provide technical support, and participate in IT projects, audits, and security reviews

Job experience and Skills Required:

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications (advantageous)
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator / MCSA MCSE.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator / Security & Compliance.
Microsoft SQL Server certifications (DBA/Developer).
Syspro ERP training or certification.
