POSITION INFO:
Our client is a technology-driven organisation committed to operational excellence and innovation. As a Systems Administrator (Mid-Level), you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organisation's servers, networks, cloud environments, and core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access controls.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system-related issues.
Support cloud platforms and virtualization environments.
Ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery procedures.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in Systems Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
