SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a confident individual to fill the role of a  - System Implementation and Support Consultant - Midrand, Gauteng (Hybrid) 



JOB DESCRIPTION:

The prime function of this role is to assist clients in preparing for, and then managing, the implementation of Automotive software solutions into their organizations. The Implementation Consultant is therefore a key member of the implementation and support team, responsible for planning and executing the set-up and training of the Automotive software solution.
 
The duties and responsibilities for this position include the following:
  • Data conversions from the old system to the new system
  • Installation of Dealer Management System
  • Train individuals and groups on how to use Software
  • Implement system:
  • Training all system users
  • Monitor Go-Live
  • Monitor Month-end
  • Handover customer to Customer Support after Go-Live
  • Set up system modules as per client requirements, including user id and permissions
  • Provide customer support about Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors
  • Reconciliations, Trial balances, Vehicles, Parts, Service and CRM
  • Management Report writing
  • Log faults and requests
  • Monitor user progress
  • Perform needs analysis with customers
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for system setups
  • User classroom training sessions
  • Complete product installations
  • Month-end installations
  • Creating client financial reports
  • Pre-handover customer support
  • High standard of project deliverables
  • Work long hours and weekends when required
 
The following is required:
  • Preferred highest education
  • Comm Accounting
  • Academic and Experience Requirements
  • Matric with Accounting
  • NQF Level 5 qualification with accounting is essential
  • Completed Degree or Diploma with Accounting will be an advantage
  • IT knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience
  • Software implementation experience
  • Dealer Management Solution (DMS) Software experience
  • Experience in working in the Automotive Industry
Please note that this role does require extensive travelling.
