SMT Supervisor

POSITION INFO:
Experience:
- Proven end-to-end SMT experience within a production environment
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, reflow, AOI, and defect analysis
- Working knowledge of IPC standards and quality requirements
Technical Capability:
- Ability to program and set up SMT machines
- Troubleshooting of line issues, defects, and process deviations
- Process optimisation to improve first-pass yield, efficiency, and throughput
Leadership & Quality Focus:- Proven ability to lead and supervise an SMT team
- Drive quality, discipline, and adherence to work instructions and standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency
