POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years surfing experience
• ISA Surf Level 1 certification preferred
• Strong swimmer with ocean confidence
• Excellent coaching & guest-service ability

• Coaching and guiding guests in surfing sessions
• Ensuring safety at all times
• Providing professional instruction and guest support

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
