Ditto Hire, a leading tech company operating in the recruitment software sector, is currently looking for a Support Consultant to join our awesome team of coders, designers, and account managers.

We require a self-starter who is obsessed with detail and brilliant customer service. All training and development is included to ensure you provide the best possible service to our clients.

What you need:

Customer support background
Experience in support on large platforms
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly

Duties

Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via telephone/email/support systems
Accurately record and document activity through the ticket system
Ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management
Perform adhoc functions, projects, training
