What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly, efficient human on the other end of the phone/email/support system.

• Log and track all activity in our ticketing system like a pro.

• Keep communication crystal clear with customers, colleagues, and management.

• Jump into ad-hoc projects, training, and whatever else helps us raise the game.

What You Bring to the Table
