A telecommunication company located in Irene is looking for a Helpdesk Support Agent with 1-2 years experience within a similar role to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Escalate calls
Data usage reports
Upkeep of call logging processess
Helpdesk reports
Keep SLA''s with customers intact (Internally)
First line troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Own transport
1-2 years’ experience within a similar role
Knowledge of ISP environment (preferably)
